Description

Actiplex® 1177 is a combination of fruit extracts and honey, with a standardized alpha hydroxy acid content of 60%.

• Grape extract provides glycolic acid, the most potent alpha hydroxy acid for the diminuation of the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the skin.
• Kiwi extract adds citric acid and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) for a more gentle action, and a counter-irritant effect.
• Honey provides the subtrate for the biofermentation of lactic acid. Lactic acid has been recently demonstrated to increase the level of ceramides in stratum corneum with a concomitant improvement in barrier function. Honey also contains many complex saccharides and oligosaccharides, as well as, gluconic acid, which provide moisturizing, soothing and conditioning properties.
